Uploading Products to Your Website Made Easy

Our Bulk Upload Facility Tool enables you to select multiple products from our website, and download a .csv file that holds all the vital data. The file is tailored to your e-commerce platform making it super easy to upload these products to your site, saving you time & money.

  1. Find the category of products you want to list
  2. Click the ‘Upload Products’ Button
  3. Highlight the products you want to list
  4. Click Download
  5. Choose your platform (WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.)
  6. Upload the downloaded .csv file to your website

It couldn’t be simpler.

How Do I Use It?

Simplicity is your friend. Start off by logging in and choosing the products or category of products that you wish to upload to your site. This can be done on an individual or multiple basis. The example video below shows our category page for personalized Nursery Rhymes. Click the ‘Import Products’ button to use this new feature.



You can then choose the products to download by clicking on each product and then the yellow ‘Download’ button. Alternatively, if you want the lot then just click the blue ‘Download ALL‘ button.

Once you’ve clicked download, it’s now time to choose your store format. We currently support WordPress with WooCommerce, Shopify & Magento V1 & V2.

You will now have a .csv file with every product you have just taken from our portal. This .csv is now ready to upload to your site via your chosen platform.

Importing the CSV to your chosen platform


To import the products to WooCommerce, first, you will need to ensure that your website supports the advanced personalization types that our products require. To do this, you can download our free plugin which will allow your personalization to look and function exactly as it does on this website.

Follow the official WordPress instructions here to then install this plugin.

Once installed, log in to the back-end of your website and browse to ‘Products‘, from here click ‘Import

This will take you to an import wizard which looks like the below, simply follow the steps and the products will all import.

Out of the box, Magento v2 supports personalization, however, depending on your website template, the interface may not exactly match our own website. To import products to Magento v2, simply login to the admin section and then go to ‘System > Import‘. Once there, select ‘Products’ and follow the on-screen steps.

Please note that out of the box, Shopify does not support product personalization without additional extensions, you may require a developer to add this functionality for you. If you are already using an extension which gives you this functionality then please get in touch and we may be able to assist you with adapting the importer to suit your needs. There may be a charge for this service.

Using a different platform?

We have made every effort to support the three main platforms used by our customers, if you are using a different platform and would like assistance importing products to your website then please contact your Key Account representative and we will assist as best we can. Please note, any customization required to support your platform may incur a charge.
